Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I did a search for this and didn't find anything. Deets: 2002 C2 Cab. w/ 102K miles If it's not one thing (P0452 from hell) it's another. I'm guessing the sealing ring on the connector is damaged/old and is leaking (see pic). The diagram doesn't do a good job of identifying the line so my photo is a better reference. Anything I can do to "repair" the seal so that it quits leaking and I can save $$? Or am I forced to buy a replacement? ugh. It's definitely leaking from the 90 degree line on top because when I pull up on it (without pressing the green button) fuel leaks out. I've also turned the car over to build pressure and witnessed the line move upwards with pressure and then fuel dribbles out. I've attached the diagram as well so someone can point out which part number. Let me know your thoughts.

You probably got a crack in the white plastic nipple at the base of the nipple that comes up off the top of the housing. ( not the black line) ... BTW :: there is your tank pressure sensor in upper left corner with 1 screw that holds it on, and an o-ring on the bottom...

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I replaced the one on the right with the two hoses going to it. Im going to look at the nipple of that line to see if I can spot a crack.

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I think I found the crack. See pics. The Katalog shows that it's part of the "Tank Gauge" So I'm guessing I'll have to buy that whole part. Cracking at the base Crack is on the right side
