Hi guys Any experts know what are the pro's and cons of having a PSE installed on my X51 996? does it produce any more power and how will it affect the exaust note on the powerkit car? Is it worth doing? Thanks Donny J
Congrats on the 40th. I saw one at an autoshow yesterday, and the silver is beautiful. AFAIK, Porsche makes no claim of additional HP on either the stock engine or the X51 with PSE. That doesn't mean there aren't a few HP there, I guess. I'm getting my PSE soon. I'm sure my car will at least sound faster!
Hi donny, doens't the 40th Ann special come with PSE already. I've made inquiry and no-one is claiming horsepower gains for PSE. It does sound great however...
hey Donny, I put PSE on my 40th. Still not sure the sound is even much different but I definitely can't tell HP. Are you thinkin of putting it on yours? FYI I'm no expert. How many miles have you put on? I've got 500 or so (50 on PSE).
