This is not a probability of success.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

First post. I bought a 2000 996 cab silver and black a week and a half ago. It is a six speed car with all the good stuff and 56,000 miles. Three days ago I got an 05 Cayenne Turbo for the wife. I bought mine out of state and am expecting delivery tomorrow or Tuesday finally. To be honest, I sold several high HP toys and bought this car as a daily driver for a bit to see if I like Porsche. I was able to pay off all my debt except part of the house and fund my new business. My wife loves her car and I can't say yet. Not much instant gratification in wiring money and looking at a picture of a car you own. I have already learned some lurking and can see this is a good place.
Congrats on the new purchase...as they say around here, pics or it didn't happen.
This is a great place, learn what you can, share what you know.
Congrats!

Well, you can look at the same pictures I get to look at since I don't have it to enjoy yet. I was able to get it shipped to me included in the cost for well below the asking price. The wife's Cayenne is in the garage. I'm computer retarded or I would put the pictures of it up right now.
Thanks man. I have 39k in the pair. I figured I could get close to getting back out of them next year. It will give me time to see if I want a turbo car. I'm 38 and have made money and lost it more times than I want to. I'm at the stage in my life/mind, where I don't care to set the world on fire. I have no car payments any more. I can actually live on three grand a month. I'm happy
I clicked on the link you provided, scrolled down the page and copied picture above to this thread (there's more than 2 dozen pics).
P.S. I also have an arctic silver car but mine is an 02 and tip.
Looks like the deal of the century there. Real nice car.
In the description package is says [750] Hard top delete. Under the pop out circles rear of the rear seats on top, is where a hard top would attach. Take them out and see if the mechanical side to attach a top is in there. If so you can always get a hardtop in the future if needed as the Artic silver are still easy to come by for under $1000. Or any shade of grey for that matter. That color combination (silver on black) is the most common in the states. IMHO A hard top makes a nice change during the colder months.
Looks like a nice cab, and a better purchase price than the one listed enables you to own a beautiful Porsche for peanuts. Welcome to the club. Pics when you get your Porsche.
