Personally, I think it would be a better fit in an older air cooled car and not so much in a 996. I tend to like the Momo Mod7 look more in our cars. But at the end of the day it's your car so who cares what I think! As long as you like it and makes you enjoy the drive more

^^Agree with this^^ Maybe a flat bottom GT3 style wheel. For reference, when changing steering wheels and reducing the diameter, depending on on tall you are, ie. seat height or eye line, it may obstruct your view of the top (4000) of the tachometer. Depending on what brand you go with the thicker diameter, smaller outside diameter and flat bottom works for me great. I justified it in my head 🙄, because of bad knees, easier to get in/out of

I think it will look and feel good. FWIW, I took off my Raid/FVD/Atiwe steering wheel and installed a Momo Mod 07. I didn�t like it and reinstalled my other wheel. The Mod 07 felt flimsy in comparison.

How would the air bag work? If the air bag is removed from a street driven car, how does it affect car insurance? In states that have annual car inspections (like NY), will it pass Inspection, since the OBD has to be utilized and it will show air bag warning?
