Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Suggestion
Pending tip trans vs manual, c2 vs c4, right there alone is 4 different types of springs to adjust for the weight.
Leading evidence: 'Adjust weight' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Adjust weight' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Yes, the front shocks and springs are different between the two versions. This applies to both M030 and standard suspension.

Ofer,
Sorry, I meant to type suspension rather than transmission. I edited my original post above. However, according to the Tequipment part numbers, there are different M030 kits for manual and Tiptronic as well as Coupe and Cabriolet version. I do not know the differences within these kits. Take a look:

Thanks, I never thought to go to the UK site. I also noticed the skid plate that I was looking for! You're the man! Are the sway bars the same between the C2 and the C4?
Boy oh boy. When I looked into this when I was given an m030 suspension I found out that their are a ton of different combinations. Pending tip trans vs manual, c2 vs c4, right there alone is 4 different types of springs to adjust for the weight.
Most German cars are this way, in order for the German TuV to certify it, the components are often slightly different due to the weight differences between the cars (2, 4, manual, tip, coupe, cabrio etc.) so that the cars perform "correctly" Makes perfect sense when you think about it but can cause confusion.
As an aside, I was pricing out the Euro M030 myself recently, checked Gert, Sunset, Suncoast etc, called my local dealer ($1300 (too high) but 30 sets in the Atlanta warehouse), and then since my brother lives in Geneva I had him call his two local dealers just for the hell of it - That took almost 2 weeks with much back and forth even though I supplied the correct part number but they needed the exact spec of my car (good), my VIN (OK) then they both said that the only way to get the M030 was to order the car that way, then when my brother sent them a picture of an existing kit that he got from somewhere they told him it was not possible - Yes, TWO different dealers. We gave up trying. Very glad I live over here where vendors actually want to sell stuff...
