Instead I drilled 2 holes thru license plate and used toggle screws to affix onto bumper.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Generation: 20261026T112012Z · outcome-qualification-6. Deterministic extraction; no AI model inference. How we use sources

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Anyone have a front licence plate holder they don't need? I believe that they came with each car but many states and provinces don't require a front plate. So if anyone isn't needing theirs, I'm looking for one. It's the two angled square stand offs as well as the backing plate (and the associated hardware to attach it to the car). Thanks.

POST 2Original post

Move to Quebec? No front plate...it's one of the few things we have over you guys!! Nice stable of cars! Pete

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Moved from Quebec 13 years ago. Still miss the great food and lifestyle. So Pete, since you don't need yours, want to get rid of it?

POST 4Original post

Ha! If I had one it would be yours! I imported my car from California and the previous owner must have removed it and installed the little painted plugs from BumperPlugs. Sorry! Pete

POST 5Original post

I've got one you can have. The 2 block/spacers, plate holder and screws. I just purchased the block/spacer but wouldn't work as there's some slight damage to front bumper I was trying to cover. Instead I drilled 2 holes thru license plate and used toggle screws to affix onto bumper. Plate now curved onto bumper and actually looks good rather than hanging off front of bumper. You pay shipping and it is yours.

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi Sonoma, That's awesome. Thanks for your offer. I sent you a PM with my details.

POST 7Original post

I just bought a new one here in Canada, it think it was $20.00 with everything.

POST 8Original post

I would just take the tickets as they came in. No way would do that to my car.

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Miami. The holes are already in the bumper. So no damage is done. It can be removed at any time. Not sure why you have a problem with a license plate on the front bumper? Thanks Sonoma for you kind gesture. I've sent you a PM.
