Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

The brakes are on my 95 firebird that I run with NASA AI.
Leading evidence: 'Run with nasa ai' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Replace front rotors if your rears are ok' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Suggestion
It is ok to just replace your front rotors if your rears are ok.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hi
I have searched, but the site is so big!lol
Anyway just like the title says, I need them for these brake's which i'm told are 330x34mm 02 996 brake's
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v6...e/DSC01084.jpg
I know of Prostop's(to much$$ and know of a set that failed)
Performance Friction, can't find the right size though
AP, again can't find the right size
Any help you can give me we be...... well helpful!
Thank you
John
You have a couple of choices (I've searched too)...
You need to either upgrade to these:

Or do a Brembo BBK upgrade. Direct replacement rotors are viturally non-existant. Peformance Friction offers rotors, but only for the fronts. None available for the rear. The rotors from PFC are pretty awesome, but due to their braking characteristics, I would want a full set.
That's all I can offer. Good luck and post your findings.
C.
Do you know what P# of the PF parts are? (330mmx34mm rotors) No upgrade needed. Thank you
I use these brakes on my NASA American Iron car

I think first you need to confirm what brakes you have. Unfortunately, I dont know what 996 flavors were available in 2002, but the "normal" front brakes are 318 x 28. The 330 x 34 are C4S and Turbo brakes. The calipers, rotors, wheel carriers, etc., are completely different and not interchangeable. If you have the "normal" brakes, then at this time, there is only one option that I have found which is the Performance Friction ones (available only for the front). It depends on why you want 2-piece as well. The PFC are not lighter than stock as the hats are steel. I have been working with an aftermarket manufacturer who is making some with aluminum hats (all 4 corners) for over a year now, but they are not to market yet. Is it weight, feel, or heat-soak youre after? The pic you attached doesnt really look like a 996?
I was unsure at first, but they are the 330x34 brakes.
I did not know the PFC had steel hats, I just assumed! But they will still be better than the C/D OEM's. If they make them for the 996TT!
The brakes are on my 95 firebird that I run with NASA AI. They are just to good!
I need to swap my front rotors, they are worn a lot and now have too large cracks.
Should I go with Zimmerman or stock?
Is it ok to just swap front rotors?
