Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

My point is that i will be replacing the header pipes and mufflers and i have been advised to rip out the cats and put in place link pipes, which the oxygen sensors will fit back into, but i will get an error on the dash if i do this...

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hi guys, Rennlist virgin here (so take it easy with me)
I have a 1999 C2 Cab Tip, i have owned for a couple of years now, but want to beef up its exhaust tone (have to say tho) the existing exhaust seems to have a lot of corrosion around all the bolts, most of which do not bother me but the header pipes do... i will deal with that later .... (visions of broken bolts in head urggghhhh)
My point is that i will be replacing the header pipes and mufflers and i have been advised to rip out the cats and put in place link pipes, which the oxygen sensors will fit back into, but i will get an error on the dash if i do this... is there any way round this? (if this has been discussed ignore me and point me to the link heheheh)
thank you all and HELLO.
That was easy. You ought to see some of the RTFM responses that can fly around forums where newbies don't take the time to familiarize themselves with the forum first. Also, some members (won't name names...wink wink) would go bananas that you haven't first introduced yourself properly and posted some pics. Anyway, there are so many exhaust options that you really need to hear them and also factor in price in your decision. Try a search on 'exhausts' and /or 'headers' and you'll see what I mean.
oh, i can't win.....
