Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have a 2000 with power seat back and manual other controls. I just purchased used full power seats. The passenger seat mocks up perfectly but the drivers seat was apparently memory enabled so it lacks the connector to plug into my wiring harness. The black control module is there but no harness connection. Is there a simple way to get power to the motors or is there a way to convert this system to make it work with my car?

POST 2Original post

I'm just guessing but you should be able to buy the harness. You can get a Pet Cd or call the dealer. Minus that you could jury rig power to it, just make sure you have a circuit with the correct amperage fuse. There was an extra power connector under my console. I didn't trace it back to its source though. I have an MY2000
