Suggestion

Gotcha, i knew this was possible (heck almost anything is w/ Porsche and an open check book), but was curious how something like this would appear on the sticker -- thanks for the education.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

33 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

102K miles, but most wear parts replaced, including RMS. LN Retrofit installed with new clutch at 80K miles. Can't wait to take up to North Georgia mountains

POST 2Original post

Wow looks awesome. I love that car. Its a great driver. Enjoy!

POST 3Original post

Hmmm, can't see pic but I like what I think I see Congrats for sure. Any P car in book is better than my wife's Ford Focus!

POST 4Original post

NICE!!! I looked hard for a silver C4S but a good one never turned up so I ended up with a really nice black C4S. Best of luck with it. Dave

POST 6Original post

Congrats! Silver is a stellar color. Is that Silver on Black?

POST 7Original post

Very nice! But are you sure it has 102K miles? It looks like it should have a LOT fewer miles on it.

POST 8Original post

Nothing like the wide body look of the C4S! Hope you get many years of fun and excitement driving it around the mountains. I bet you're feeling like the kid in the candy store, huh? haha!

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Actually it has the deviating (leave it to the Germans) leather package - grey interior with black seats. Different look but pretty cool - definitely cooler in the summer than all black

POST 11Original post

Quotes source post: 15617513

Interesting. Please post inside pic when you have time.

POST 12Original post

Congrats! I've always loved the 996 C4S. Great looking car.

POST 13Original post

Oh that's my car! Not quite, mine is a Tip, but also Silver C4S with turbo twists. It is somewhat of an iconic look. Congrats, sweet ride.

POST 14Original post

Beautiful car - looks brand new! You're going to love it.

POST 15Original post

Nice. Enjoy the car. Love the C4S, but I am biased

POST 16Original post

Congrats! Looks awesome, you're gonna love it -- and silver is the fastest color!

POST 18Original post

no way this car has 102K miles. It looks like less than 40K!

POST 19 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Here is picture of the deviating seats with grey interior

POST 20Original post

Mmmm, you sure someone didnt just replace or recover the original grey seats? Are the rears black? if you wouldnt mind sharing the vin, Id love to pull the window sticker - and Ill share that with ya once I have it of course. Would be curious to know if it states custom tailoring in the options list. Regardless, it looks tightly on the inside as well. Ive had mine for 1.5yr and still grin every time I go into the garage.

POST 21Original post

If that's the one from Hennessey Porsche, it's been there a long while. Glad to see it Finally got a home! I sat in it at a Concours they held they last year in the Summer. I'm a GA guy myself and hit the Mountains every chance I get. Him me up if you want to drive sometime. Congrats!!

POST 23Original post

Quotes source post: 15620953

Deviating? Uh... you mean black seats in gray interior... That's just silly nomenclature

POST 24 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have the window sticker It is addl equipment # Z113 - add on to Graphite Grey Full Leather

POST 25Original post

I assume the back seats are black too? I actually like deviated interior colors because they give some nice contrast. My current 911 has the “deviated carpet” option, which essentially achieves the same thing in a different way.

POST 26Original post

The car looks great, but the different seat color looks a little weird to me. From a practical standpoint, the black will wear better.

POST 29 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

76 degrees and sunny in the ATL today. Got it up to ninety on Freeway. Mountains await, but weather is supposed to suck on Saturday and Sunday

POST 30Original post

Quotes source post: 15621486

So OP, that's a yes / no???

POST 31Original post

The blacks seats are not noticeable when you are sitting in you new to you Porsche, winding through the mountain roads hearing the engine roar. Who cares about the seats, the car looks stunning on the outside, drive it and enjoy. Plus you could always buy gray seats if it bugs you that much. If any of your friends make a comment on the seats, ask them how their Porsche is, that should quiet them down unless of course, they have one lol

POST 33Original post

Car looks nice and clean. You got a winner there. Congrats
