I replaced all 6 spark plugs, ignition coils, MAF sensor, 4 O2 sensors and smoke tested the engine.

I recently purchased a 2005 Carrera 911 with 77,000 miles. Car runs well but sometimes at idle has slight rough running with multiple misfires logged in. I replaced all 6 spark plugs, ignition coils, MAF sensor, 4 O2 sensors and smoke tested the engine. Vacuum readings at idle and warm are around 7in of H2O. I’m considering replacing the AOS at this point but it doesn’t look like an easy repair. Any recommendations or something else that I should check before I proceed? Thanks in advance for the advice.
