I have a 991.1 C2S. The PCM connection to my phone is constantly dropping out. I don't think its my phone as it dosent happen on my other cars. I have 6 months Porsche extended warranty left. Is this a common issue that may be covered under warranty ? I've had Porsche check it, however they ( say ) they can't see a problem. Does anyone know of this problem ? Or should I just bite the bullet and purchase an (Apple car play etc) upgrade ? Since I've owned this car the rear left ( Bose) speaker has an annoying Bass vibration even at low volumes. Porsche have told me that it could be my camera installation that will require them to remove interior roof panels etc. which would be at my own cost. I've had 2 different cameras's installed over the last 5 years. Different installers and different methods ?? Also the "stop start" function only works once or twice after I've done a long battery charge, installed a new battery, supplied by the Porsche dealer, or a long ( eg.500kms)drive. The dealer tells me this is just because it's old technology. Does this sound correct ? It's been an issue since I'be owned the car > 6 years. I've put up with it because I hate this function anyway. These are all very small issues, however I've paid around 10k in warranty etensions with no significant claims and have preventatively maintained the car exclusively through the Porsche dealership to keep this car perfect. I'm thinking of selling the car and want it to be as perfect as possible for it's next owner. Any comment's are appreciated.
