Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I'm setting off on a Euro tour in a few weeks' time and I am hoping somebody can confirm, or suggest where I can get confirmation, of what emissions standard a 2001 911 Turbo complies with. Thanks for any help or suggestions.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks Greenman. I can see the actual emissions measurements on the V5 but I'm not sure which Euro emissions standards they comply with - whether it is Euro 3, Euro 4 or another. My car's emission measurements are all within Euro 6 limits but, from what I have read, a 2001 996 Turbo is either Euro 3 or Euro 4 or I have misunderstood. Any thoughts or suggestions?

POST 4Original post

Maybe look up a similiar car on Autotrader? If you are applying for an emissions permit, I think you need only state the value from the V5...

POST 5Original post

Not sure it can be euro 6 and euro 4/5. Euro 6 was implemented 1 September 2015... so I doubt your 2001 car can be 6 compliant

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi Greenman - thanks for your help - the consensus on Autotrader seems to be Euro 3, which makes sense.

POST 7Original post

UK 996Ts were Euro 3. This is from the 996T Service Information Technik.
