Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion
rotokim, I love the look of your car, it's a very clean look.
Leading evidence: 'Clean look' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Clean look' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Well, just got it out of the paint shop so I guess it would be appropriate to post some pics...
It was originally a standard black but now sports the Basalt Black Pearl. Very happy with the new look!
P.S. Many thanks to Tony for the great pics!

rotokim, I love the look of your car, it's a very clean look. I almost bought a 01 with the aero kit (no gt3 wheels though). It really keeps that classic Porsche look but keeps it aggressive. I just remember walking up to the car and having a feeling it was exotic.
Thanks, swift996! It turns a lot of heads - especially, mine. BTW, I lived in the DC metro area for 30 years. I was born and raised there. I'm pretty certain that I'm into Porsches because I used to trudge past Heishman Porsche-Audi after work was over and I was too broke to afford a car. I was a host at the Crystal City Marriott's restaurant. It's corny, but I promised myself that I would own a Porsche someday. It worked.
swift996 - Forgot to ask you to pls post pictures. Maybe when I'm back in the DC area (about 3 times a year), we can grab a cup of coffee. I could bring the Porsche.
Nice to see porsche on mumbai roads
...where in mumbai do you live? I keep coming to bombay for work...i have my apartment in breach candy...may be we can catch up during my next visit

I am a Mumbaikar living in the SF Bay Area ... Great to see a C4S there. How come you have Delhi plates?
If I ever move back, I'm going to bring home a 996 GT3
Hey guys... took Mr.Choi's advice and went and bought myself a 997 cab. loving it... but for some reason i can't get over my 996 c4s. so i guess i'll end up keeping her too. So now i can put the 20's on the 997 and go back to 18;s on the c4s.

Those are great pics. Something to be said about Narrow Body 996's. I still am a huge fan.
Dunno why, it seems my TT doesn't look as good? Thoughts anybody?

996 c4s is one of the best looking watercooled 911s made. can't fault you there for wanting to keep her.
heard about mumbai thru a good buddy who made a visit recently. heard them chicks were foine there.

u def would benefit from a wing to balance it out.
if i were u i'd get the techart whale tale wing, but not sure if it fits narrowbody cars. also, consider adding the c4s/turbo front aero lip like mine. or consider the misha wings.
Quote:
+ 1 on that. I have only seen one other and it was a Turbo here in MN. What a perfect decision on a color.
Best regards and thanks for sharing.
