Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Does anyone have the details of a UK company I can send my hydraulic struts to (the ones that close and open the convertible roof) to be refurbished. There seem to be loads of US companies that offer this service, but none in the UK. Over there you simple remove the hydraulic struts and the pressure lines that connect to the pump and reservoir (just behind the back seats) and send them off, they are returned with, in most cases, a 10 year guarantee for under $200. I am unable to find anyone who will do this in the UK. But it could be I just havent put the correct search string into Google. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
