Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

my c2 is decent, but my snow tires are getting worn. still fun blowing by SUV's in a 911 in the white stuff.
yesterday i sure was missing my turbo. we got over 12 inches where i live.
I would have to see how the wheels looked on the car before I said yes I will sell them. I like the wheels he has for sale but I don't know. I have HRE wheels on my Lotus esprit twin turbo. If I do sell them your interested? Thanks

as nice as those steamrollers look, they stopped making the 305-25-19 tire that was a perfect fit for the narrow body coupes =( i went with a narrower 295-30-19 tire in teh back and now it rubs over large dips
thanks for the comments guys
Thanks. I am very happy with the car. The plan, for now, is to keep it materially stock. Of course, I am already looking at how to override the PSE cutoff and the stereo could use some attention.
Funny thing, we had our wedding reception in April 2005 at Eden, the outdoor area at 1150, the prior incarnation of Opera.

what's weird about your car is that it looksl ike someone put on mk1 sideskirts. the car would be better served with mk2 sideskirts which have sharper lines. plus not having a front aero bit and rear to balance it out makes it look... a bit out of place.
def do the pse on "loud" mode all the time, i did. pse noise is easily controlled by throttle input. it can roar when you want it to, but you can keep it quiet when you want it to. the quiet setting is a complete waste. it's such a distinct and beautiful noise. the best in 911 land.

disconnect the pink/grey wire (speed signal) to the pse relay... or install a toggle switch between the wire and the relay. This way you can have the option to go auto on/off or manual on/off.
Can you point me towards a good photo comparison of mk1 side skirts v/s mk2 side skirts. The prior owner did not mention having added side skirts so I assumed they were the X76 flared rocker panel option, no indication that they were added after the fact.
BTW - did not mean to junk up the picture thread.
Thanks.

Hey everyone, i picked up my first Porsche last week. I love it! Had some minor mods done to it by the previous owner. I plan to put some serious work into it over the next year. Color is ocean blue metallic.
Yeah, some minor mods have been to the power area. It has an exhaust and intake so far. I'm looking at the plenum and/or sc kit as well as ecu upgrade. Also planning to get the PSS9's, aero kit, maybe swap the rims out in due time.
Hey guy's...Picked up my 99 about 3weeks ago from Ohio. Came with the 02 front and Techart kit and GT2 wing. So far I added the GT3 seats(from a member here) A set of 19inch AXIS wheels matte blk with blk lips and yellow pin stripe porsche center caps,Fabspeed exhaust, and smoked sidemarkers..More mods to go!! I love this car!! My first Porsche
Sorry for bad quality cell phone pic!
Thanks guys,i love the car! But with this kit on it,it isnt too great to drive around..This is what happened yesturday on the highway!
Bet you guys never seen a Porsche THIS dirty b4..the 1st and the LAST time ever! lol
Wow. So that front end is fiberglass. Does anyone know if the Aero Kit is fiberglass or polyurethane? And on the subject of body kits, what are my options for a 99 C2? There doesn't seem to be a lot of kits available for it. I wouldn't mind throwing a turbo front bumper on it...can this be done?
Sorry for all the newb questions, but i'm sure there's plenty of people who can answer them. Thanks!

Yeah, I could have told you from experience that the larger lip won't last long. You can get a smaller lip from Precision Porsche (which I have) and you should be O.K. Also, you can check with board member Angldrkns9. I believe he sells a mid-sized lip that you might be able to get by with.
Yeah, it looks like i am leaning toward the aero kit. However, i have seen some other front bumpers that look kind of 'veilside' looking. what are you running on the front fly996?

i could possibly hate if you were rollin a zonda F but then i'm a celebrate kinda guy so i wouldn't...in reality as it pertains to you, i can't hate what i don't want which is quite possibly a 911 that has more fiberglass parts than OEM plastics.
