Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

75 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

1 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 3Original post

Quotes source post: 2479010

Quote: Seats are O.K. to get in... real tricky to get out ...definitely not for a daily driver. Completely off limits to (bigger) people. Bottom cushions are less comfortable than stock...you can sit still for ~1 hr max before you need to get out and stretch. Benefit are they hold you tight and communicate the road feel much better plus they are 1/2 the weight of stock (saved ~60lbs total)...oh and they look badass which is most important ...

Quote: Badass car, got a question? what rear end is that specifiacally where did the bumper stops blocks things go, them things irritate me from time to time and will look at the removal of them off my 911 when that day comes.

POST 10Original post

Quote: That's a Precision Porsche Turbo replica bumper for 996 C2. It comes without the bumper stops which is a cleaner look. If you have bumper stops you can paint them to match the body color. Thanks for the prop's!

Quote: Thanks for the info, they will be removed or bumper replaced now that I know this, does it illuminate your plate as required? never noticed but assume the euro spec cars do not have the bumper stops as the plate would not fit

Quote: what was funny, is there were 3 yellow cars (my z06 right in front of the porsche), and then the red 360. we were coming from a drive ( http://www.supercarroadtrips.com/ ), and we were on our way home, through some sick twisties. we were at this light, which is just before the twisties. i'm in the murc and never see the cop, neither does the z06 or the 996. we all take off from the light and hit the twisties, while my friend is stuck going 30 mph with smokey on his tail. my friend said, he couldnt believe the cop didnt go try and pull us over, cuz even though we disappeared into the twisties, you could hear the murc screaming a mile away. guess we were lucky. here are more pics from the day: http://www.flickr.com/photos/2910838...77983953/show/
