Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Thanks for all the compliments guys! Took me such a long time, but finally got EVERYTHING done the way I like it. The wheels are 19" P40's, painted in gloss black with white pin stripe at factory. Basically, I bought them through the official local agent in my country, and specified what I wanted. They in turn requested from factory. I had to pay extra for the pin striping though.

POST 7Original post

I think that's stock bumper or a MK1 aero bumper w/add on lip spoiler....nicely done.

POST 8Original post

Quotes source post: 2777503

Quote: It seems to me like stock bumper plus lip spoiler... I think no aero bumper. Something is different, right? Where can you get that lip?

POST 9Original post

I don't know, the bumper was on the car when I puchased it. I think it is actually an entire bumper, unless it was floated and molded into the bumper, there is no break between the lip and the bumper.

This is probably fiberglass... anybody has tried it? It is not expensive, maybe worth a try... if I hate it it is not a lot of money. It does not look bad. Is this supposed to mimic a MKI on the cheap? to me, it looks a bit different...

POST 29Original post

Quotes source post: 2795420

Quote: Thanks for the concern Honestly, the fact that I rolled the thing twice and went through a pole and then walked out without a problem is what sold me on getting another one. I can't really think of another car that I have faith I can do the same thing and walk out without a scratch. ps no seatbelt or airbag at the time. My guardian angel is on top of his game apparently.

POST 33Original post

Quotes source post: 2795402

Quote: OK! There are rules on this forum. You can't just show us those pics and not explain every detail of what happened Glad your OK? That is wicked. Seriously though. What happened?

POST 34Original post

Quotes source post: 2797315

Quote: Wow, the pics looked pretty serious but then to say the driver's seat even cracked and you came out ok, you are VERY lucky considering you didn't even have your seat belt on. I'm not going to preach on the seat belt thing because I feel you can die in many ways if God really wants you, but it's obvious that he doesn't at this time. You really should play the Lotto with your luck. If you win, you might be able to go straight to the GT1.

POST 36Original post

damn that pic is huge.. ...never mind I see you just changed it 2 sec after I posted this... .sweet ride dude..you need to lower it to give that aggressive stance..

POST 37Original post

I fixed it. I know, I have more upgrades to do. I've been concentrating on the engine, exhaust and interior. Next will be the exterior. That's the fun part.

POST 38Original post

Quote: I've just been to indecisive on what way to go on the outside. Arrow, GT3, turbo look?

POST 42Original post

Quotes source post: 2797372

Quote: Haha, I was obviously speeding around this turn at about 2am and then give the wheel a little flick when I noticed something in the road at the last second and the back end gave out (winter tires). I was unable to recover then I jumped a curb, put it through a pole and rolled it over twice to land back on the wheels. I didn't get any injuries from the crash, I just scraped my arm real good trying to climb out of the driver's window and getting stuck. Porsche's clearly are not god mode. but thats okay, I in tend to pick up a C4 now and throw some PS2's on it. Its just gonna be a while before I go head to head with that turn again.

I would realy like to get some feedback from you guys. I am trying to keep it subtle but certainly individual (which is a bit of a challange). Bryan and Mike at Stuttgart has really helped out tremendously with the engine work and the paint and made sure that I got the most bang for my buck. I would have struggled without their help. The bras off but I am thinking of something other than a clear or flat Black wrap on the bonnet. Any suggestions? Ponyboy

the fiberwerks front looks sweet! why is my bodyshop having trouble fitting the front end ...everyone I've asked about this bumper confirms the good fit?

POST 61Original post

HI, JOHN , My name is juan same as yours, but in spanish. I sent my b/kit to a friend that have a body shop , he painted and i installed at home . the front facia is a little hard to fit , but if you pull out the headlights, taped the fenders (for scraches) and fit the center first, them you can place the corners and drill the correct holes on the sides(fiberwerks) sent instrucctions and really help. a place the lower part at the end , attached to the originals bumper clips (need to drill the new front) P.d I hope this info. help you , good luck. Juan from puerto rico bdw - i also install the gt3 tek rear diffuser and everybody that see it get crazy. ( i post pictures as soon i have it)
