Just finished up installing some fuel injectors, and once again found myself saying, "thankfully I had that camera!" I've used it multiple times in 996 repair jobs, and thought I should spread the love here.

I prefer having a dedicated one that uses a microSD card vs something I need to hook up to my phone.

Hello guys. Just finished up installing some fuel injectors, and once again found myself saying, "thankfully I had that camera!" I've used it multiple times in 996 repair jobs, and thought I should spread the love here. I have no connection or affiliation, and this Amazon link is not a referral link. It's not built like a tank, but the probe is sturdy, it's inexpensive and it works like a charm. Amazon Amazon So far I've used it to: Confirm my fuel injectors weren't seated properly, and then... Confirm my fuel injectors were seated properly Scope the engine cylinders from both top and bottom to look for signs of bore scoring (none found!) Inspect the air director flaps in the dash to confirm the foam coating was all worn off (fixed now!) Recover a fuel injector retaining clip that I dropped down into the engine bay Plus a whole host of non-car-related things around the house and shop. If you spend any time working on your car, or really anything, or just not asleep in general, you should have one!
