Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

My rear spoiler is not working and has been disconnected by the previous owner. The micro switch pack has been removed from the right hand lifting ram.I am not sure why as there is no visible fluid loss. My question is, is it possible to raise the spoiler and fix it in the open position? If I slacken off the feed pipes to both rams will I be able to pull the spoiler up and lock it in the raised position? Or is there a kit available to modify the rams. Any advise would be very helpful

POST 2Original post

Here's one kit. He does two different heights. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/121192780500?ssPageName=... lots of favourable reviews on other forums from people who have fitted it. Apparently it's VERY simple to fit.
