This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi everyone.  Can I dip into the pool of knowledge regarding tyre pressures?  I have 245/35 front & 305/30 rears (Pirelli PZERO ZR20 91Y) on 20" centre-lock wheels.  The Porsche placard states (for "1 person & 1 bag") at max 270 km/h, they should be 30 psi front and 33 psi rear.  For everyday comfort driving, does 30F/33R work ok?

POST 2Original post

I don't think tyre pressures make a big difference to comfort with sports cars with 20" wheels although 30-33psi might give you a little more comfort than say 40-43 psi. Going too low you can risk rim damage with pot holes so there is a compromise. Assuming you have PASM, if you are looking for a little more comfort you might want to consider trying a DSC controller which is customisable and can help improve both comfort mode and sports PASM modes.
