Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Ughh. Its that time of year when I start missing the 911. Its tucked away in the garage, battery tender attached like life support. Its sunny but cold still. She has ps4s rubber, recent oil change before hibernation.
Would it be that bad to wake her up for a drive ? Or should I fight the temptation and avoid potential peril for the sake of a quick thrill.
leave it alone?
take it out?
This year all my Porsches stayed out as to very mild nyc winter I never drive them in salted road and get them washed asap
today I took out my Boxster as the weather was sunny and 55 degrees tomorrow the turbo S Sunday the Aero
55* here in Chicago yesterday! Went out for a wash and fill up on gas up in lake county. Went to breakfast this morning, 40* and dry roads. Probably putting in back on the tender and under the cover tonight.
Actually my wife suggested we break out of hibernation and go for a spin. Temp got up to 60 in Central MA today so i did a rinseless wash and fired her up. Not so much as a puff of smoke after over two months of storage. Ran beautifully on a 40 mile highway run. N'oreaster coming on Tuesday. MY 2000 C2 TIP with 56k.
Nearly passed 65k miles today! Gotta love the "False Spring" we seem to get every February.
I'm going back out tomorrow so I skipped the car wash, but couldn't resist a "swipe test" on the wheel when I got back hahah
We have had some unseasonably warm days where I live... I have even put the top down..I say if the sun's out, I'm taking my baby for a spin, regardless of temperature.
Yeah the weather here in south jersey has been mild and dry. Think most of the salt has been washed away by now. Its definitely a super clean original 35k mile example. Undercarriage gets the damn this car is clean from the mechanic when it goes in for service. The road grime is one thing, after watching enough of the bore score videos out there I get a little woozy thinking about all the ways it could happen. I keep the oil super clean and fresh, which seems to be about the best I can do to prevent it.
It came with the heated seats for a reason I spose. Always kinda funny to think about the two temps. Red and yellow. Should be more like on and off. Cant really say I have ever went with yellow.
The winter this year here in the Eifel/Germany (we are living 25 miles away from the Nrburgring) was also very mild, literally no snow.
And when the heavy rain we had in February washed away all the salt on the road I took the opportunity to drive the car on a really sunny day with
Temperatures around 14 C (approximately 57 F). I even took the roof down. The picture was taken on February, 5th 2024.
The first step was to drive to the gas station to lower the tire pressure from 3,5 bar to 2,7/2.2 bar.
Nice drive on dry winding roads! Never had this as early as this year!
Yep. Warm weather (50s) in the Chicago suburbs last couple of days so I had it out. It will be out again the next couple of days until the weather turns brutal again. Gotta enjoy it. That's why we have a 996.
I debated on taking the 40AE out on Saturday. We ended up driving into Boston, so that pretty much made my decision to not take it out. Too many potholes and crazy drivers in the city.
