The only spec on my car I don�t love is the halogen headlights.
what options do I have?
On my e36, I bought European glass headlights with projectors and dropped in an HID kit.
I have had good success with putting Morimoto projectors into OTHER headlights. I have custom projectors waiting to go into my 996 headlights, but have been too chicken to bake and potentially break my 996.2 headlights.
Maybe now that I am stuck at home...
My headlights have projectors in them from the factory. But I haven�t found anyone who can show me they retrofitted an HID/LED kit.

Did you end up going with the Morimoto LED bulbs? I have a 2004 C4S and and considering an LED upgrade. I also have projectors with halogen bulbs. The Morimoto website directs me to their 2Stroke 3.0 kit for headlight and fog lights.

Retrofitlab makes the best upgrade kits for our cars. The difference in light output is nothing less than astounding.
I liked them so much that I recently became their US dealer. I stock all the kits in Denver, CO and can even perform the install if desired.

I love what you guys did with the taillights. Now if you guys did an LED lightbar for the C4S that blends in with those you'll make a killing. I'll be first in line.

This was my first idea when I did my own taillights (Sadly I own a 2002 C2, not a C4S).
The problem has been getting my hands on a C4S reflector to see what I can do. Even used ones are over a thousand bucks which is a lot to shell out on R&D for a small side-hustle-business like me!
Here a picture of a mockup I did for the 964 center reflector. I would love to do something like that for the C4S!
Well, when the budget permits I�d be willing to purchase a spare to send to you as a Guinea pig. If it works I foresee a lot of C4S owners lining up for this.
