Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Installed the mount tonight using the CTA tool - twice. Why twice? Because it needs to be perfectly vertical in order for the tang and the bolt holes on the bracket to line up. Watching the AGA video, they have indentations in the tool that are supposed to correspond with the transmission, but my transmission housing does not correspond with the one in their video- the tool is in the clear. So how do you get it perfect? The second time was pretty much like the first. I guess I could make a mark on the tool and the housing and next time I install just move it correspondingly. Or is there another way?

POST 2Original post

The tab does not go into the mount. It rests against the front carrier bracket that mounts inside it. You have the u bracket mounted backwards.

you are the man, thanks for the help. the bolt holes still took some persuading to get lined up but all bolted back together.
