Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 14Original post

The 996 C4S aero kit is rare and quite expensive. It consists of two pieces - the rear wing that you see above and an aero front spoiler that you don't see above. The front spoiler on Modern Walker's car is the standard C4S spoiler, although it's painted body color. You can see the proper front spoiler on Zookie's car in the photos above.

Removed all the poorly crafted wood grain in my '02 C4S, shipped them to classic9leathershop and see the results! Black leather with matching grey stitching. He even saved the original steering wheel and ebrake emblems. Pulled the wood from the door and rear speaker covers and replaced with leather. The only remaining wood is the shift ****. Add a iPad Mini and presto, the car looks brand new with 2013 electronic flare! If you need interior work, contact Bob Budd, he really does great work. [email removed]

C4S with a techart body kit (we think, the previous owner had it installed), Cargraphic exhaust, and carbon fiber wheels

POST 68Original post

Quotes source post: 4048038

Quote: Those are not real carbon fiber wheels. Just cf "look". Congrats on the new ride either way!

POST 69Original post

Quotes source post: 4048180

Quote: Actually they're multipiece wheels. The inside part that the tire surrounds, is metal, however the outer part where the spokes are is real carbon fiber.

POST 70Original post

Quotes source post: 4049655

Quote: Do you have pics of the backside and know brand of wheel?

POST 71Original post

Quotes source post: 4049954

Quote: Unfortunately no, they were also installed by the previous owner. We've tried to figure out who made them since one of them is slightly damaged (just cosmestically, caused by a tire blowout on the way back from a car event), and had no luck. If anybody knows, I would really appreciate it. I don't have pics of the back but I have seen it when we had the one off for the blowout. All we know is that they are at least several years old, and were told they cost quite a bit, somewhere between 10-14k (and the cost they said for the bodykit is pretty accurate so I am inclined to believe it)

POST 72Original post

Quotes source post: 4049988

Quote: I guess I should've clarified that when I said they were CF look, that I meant the entire wheel wasn't made from 100% CF. I'm pretty sure your wheels are carbon fiber wrapped but the core is still alloy. They didn't have full CF wheels several years ago and even today, real cf wheels do not come multi-piece. Why not just remove one of the wheels to inspect the backside for any markings or brand?

POST 73Original post

Quotes source post: 4050019

Quote: My fault, I misinterpreted you, I thought you were saying it wasn't real carbon fiber. You are correct, they are not all carbon fiber, just partly, I should have specified that originally. And when we had the wheels off we looked and didn't see any indication of the brand that made them on the back.
