I couldn’t find Meyle tuning forks, so I used CTE ones and they seem fine.

I think it might be caused by the control arm, which was replaced with OEM parts about 25 to 30k miles ago in 2017.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I hear a high-pitched squeak from my car when I turn the steering wheel all the way and drive uphill. I think it might be caused by the control arm, which was replaced with OEM parts about 25 to 30k miles ago in 2017. Has anyone tried CTE control arms? I couldn’t find Meyle tuning forks, so I used CTE ones and they seem fine. I wonder if their coffin arms are also good. My car has KW V3s installed.
