Assuming you already have a 3 spoke wheel on your car, and the airbag is he same (which I assume it will be) the mechanics of changing the wheel is a sinch.

Incidentally, a Porsche designer told me that they wanted to use alcantara wheel on Carrera GT but marketing boys thought that it would look shabby.

I see that you can but these from Carnewal . Works out at about £425. Is this worthwhile? Will it be difficult to fit given airbag? Will OPC do? How much is it likely to cost? Spizz

Seems a hell of a lot to pay out for Alcantara steering wheel. Why don't you just invest in some racing drivers gloves and maybe a pair of racing pixie boots. Invest the rest for your retirement.

Assuming you already have a 3 spoke wheel on your car, and the airbag is he same (which I assume it will be) the mechanics of changing the wheel is a sinch. You will need a Torx key and a 24mm socket. BUT do disconnect the battery for at least one hour before disconnecting the airbag. The swap over is dead easy! GPM
