Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion
I like the first "spline set" I don't think he has the depth for the other "Twist" set.
Leading evidence: 'Set " i don't think he has the depth' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Set " i don't think he has the depth' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Suggestion
I would use either an extractor or a Torx fitting to get the bite you need.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

So I bought a MK1 aero kit wing. Upon arrival it's a bit rougher than I had hoped. My autobody guy is booked out a few months, but he took a look at it and said it'd be a lot easier to spray if we could get the center section off.
Today I thought I'd take a look at it and see what I could do. I removed 3 of the 4 bolts on the bottom side of the wing, but the 4th was stripped from the get-go. I have an easy-out set, but the bolt is in a hard to reach spot. Any Idea's?
Yeah, I have a right angle attachment for my dremel. It just doesn't have the torque to drill with. I'm going to look for a set-up like you posted today. Even a right angle driver is going to have to be really short to fit between the upper and lower wings. I thought I might try to cut a slot in the bolt head with a small cutting wheel, I'm just nervous about it.

Try this:
Spray it down with some penetrating fluid, get a ratchet with either a flat or Phillips attachment(easy out if you have it) Find a wide rubber band and place it between the screw and driver. The ratchet will give the right angle and provide tourque with the rubber band acting as extra grip.
Let the penetrating fluid sit for a few minutes. PB blaster or micro mist work wonders.
I've messed with it on and of all day and still no luck. I was going to use a small cutting wheel to cut a slot in it, but the smallest cutting wheel will still hit the bracket before the screw. Anyone have a part number for the small metal brackets in case I have to cut into it?
Man, that's a tight space to work in given the angle that the bottom part makes. You need a really small angle driver. I wonder if you should take it to a professional mechanic to see if they can remove it. My uncle, who is a professional mechanic, always says that having the right tool is 90% of the job. I will bet that there is a special tool for removing stripped screws in tight places.
Use heaps of masking tape to prevent damaging parts of the wing while you're working on it. Inexpensive way to avoid needing expensive repairs. +1 on the right tool, I find by the time I even get a quote I could have bought the tool and done it myself...
The above with the right (larger so that you have to tap it in) sized Torx driver bit might get you enough bite.
Also the correct hex bit with emery paper in between the bolt and hex bit could give you enough bite.
A long thin chisel with a light hammer to tap it into the edge of the bolt might get it to move around.
You may have a better chance using these (of the right size).

Ahsai,
I like the first "spline set" I don't think he has the depth for the other "Twist" set. They tend to hog out the hole if they can't get a deep enough bite.
