Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Makes a welcome change from silver, black or blue.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Makes a welcome change from silver, black or blue. You see very few new white cars these days and when you do it takes you by surprise (e.g. a white 53 plate Renault Laguns I saw on the M1 the other day). In the late 80s and early 90s it was a very popular colour - in fact many manufacturers painted everything on the car white including wheels, spoilers body mouldings etc (e.g. 968 CS?). Personally, I'd like to see white make a comeback provided it's done tastefully and I'm sure any white Porsche would be done that way!
Its funny, don't you think, that according to a thread on another forum (Piston Heads to be precise) that White is the least desirable colour of a Porsche - so much so that the price would be substantially less. I for one don't agree but the discussion, which centred around why one owner was failing to achieve a decent price on selling his '99 996. White is followed by Speed Yellow as the next least desirable (my 996 c4 is yellow). They (the trade - which included a Mr Henry Firman who had plenty to say on why we should all accept less for our cars and give him a bigger slice though he didn't quite say it like that to be honest) also suggest that the tan interior colours should also be avoided. Apparently Silver and Black are THE colours. How boring we must all be. I would welcome a return of some of the more wild colours including White, Vivid Green and Purples!
Hi Helen, it was discribed as such by the seller of the car, on the autotrader website.
I took the easyjet down to east milands airport where the chap met me and we did the deal in the carpark[

I then drove it up the road (in 3.5 Hrs)[8D]

It's not technically broken down. I am just choosing not to use it, as Optimax is too expensive to put half of it in the engine and the other half on the road!! [
