Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Does anyone know how to adjust the rear taillight? The rear left on mine doesn't sit flush with the mounting bracket so there is a little play. It seems aligned but the top needs to come out a bit as if I make it flush it becomes indented.

POST 2Original post

If I recall, it’s just two mounting screws that are visible as you open the tailgate. Loosen those enough to adjust and then tighten them gently! Don’t over-tighten as the mountings are brittle and prone to snapping. Hope that helps John

POST 3Original post

As John has stated, the plastic can become very brittle with age, so have a good look at and around the fixings, if that’s the issue then the cure is to fit a pair of Lightsavers.
