Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Shop is really small and unknown in porsche community interior and exterior is in good condition. what do you guys think any suggestions to mechanic in long beach ca area to do ppi thanks

POST 2Original post

I would highly recomend you have the PPI done. See Tony Callas at Callas-Rennsport [phone removed] I know him well. Their facility is probably the closest and they are factory level on all models through current and are well versed in 996/997 engine rebuilds so they will be able to spot anything that looks or sounds wrong with the refurbished motor that car has.

+1 on previous post, Callas will probablly charge double what average PPI cost but you will probablly get 3 times the info from anywhere else around here. Was the engine rebuilt by UFO?

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
