Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

22 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Looking at my car: Does my nose look low? i.e. bum up, nose down?

POST 3Original post

Agreed, bum too high not the other way around.

POST 8Original post

You need to let a little air out of those guards!

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

this is my standard car with nothing in the front boot or in the tail. Wonder why it's sitting bum up? or nose down. This might be why I needed to adjust my lights..... I really can't have the car any lower as it scrapes the nose everywhere already

POST 11 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I looked in the front and someone had stolen the engine! Luckily I found the spare in the back!

Well then it must be the light weight version...

POST 13Original post

Alternative could be to get some bigger wheels? Get some 20" bad boys under there..................

POST 15Original post

looking at a comparison photo. your car is to high.

POST 16Original post

Front ride height looks factory but rear looks like it's been lifted. Are you sneakily installing a lift kit for some off road rallying?

POST 17Original post

Bum looks high, front looks ok, sure you don't have one of those new four cylinder engines in the back? Better get under there & start counting. Seriously though, are all the shocks the same brand etc?

POST 18 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Quotes source post: 82201

As far as I can tell, ride height isn't adjustable on the stock 997?

POST 19Original post

Well I've come to the conclusion it has been modded. When that question has been answered , an answer to your original question will be forthcoming. Then you will have a solution.

POST 20Original post

Set of adjustable Bilsteins should fix any ride height issues.....

POST 21 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

lol, I just tried to look under the car at the shocks and realised quickly that I couldn't Darn these low cars! How much are a set of adjustable Bilsteins? LOL here we go down a slippery slope of mods

POST 22Original post

looks way too high to me, both ends. Ohlins make a good adjustable set as well for about 3k
