Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Suggestion
A thicker tire will always give you a smoother ride, any thoughts on going to a 295/45/18 performance tire on the rears and 245/45/18 front tires and since you have coil-over and can adjust the height for the taller tires,
Leading evidence: 'Adjust height' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Adjust height' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.

I'm on Ohlins and made no other changes other than the tires.

Suggestion
If it is primarily you, you may want to use less pressure than is indicated on the fuel filler.
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I shipped my car to a somewhat developing country in Central America and if I had a chance to do it all again, I would not have shipped her here. The road conditions are not good at all (surface, potholes, etc., etc.). When I'm driving, I can feel everything that is going on with the roadway and it's to the point that driving isn't fun - not to mention the horrendous traffic. She is no longer a daily driver so when I do take her out to play, I'm longing for the good ole days of I95 and the twists and turns of backroads and a smooth surface.
What can I do to soften the impact of the terrible roadways?
This is what I'm working with:
2003 Cabriolet
Car is lowered
Budget Ceika coilovers (about two years old - but not many miles)
Suspension system refreshed about a two years (not many miles on it)
Front tires - 225x40x18 - plenty of tread
Rear tires - 285x30x18 - plenty of tread
OEM engine mounts - 2 years ago
OEM transmission mount - 2 years ago
Is there anything I can do so that I don't feel everything in the driver's seat?
Ron
What tire pressure are you riding on? If it is primarily you, you may want to use less pressure than is indicated on the fuel filler. Someone on the board here can provide the right pressure for a single.

295/30/18 are 25 tall
295/45/18 are 28.5 tall
235/40/18 are 25.4 tall
245/45/18 are 26.7 tall
What Country are you in? Im currently in Costa Rica and while Id love to have my car here, theres no way Id bring it. While many of the roads are fine, its not unusual to go from fully paved to rough gravel/dirt with chunks of limestone or volcanic rock poking through to heavily rutted/potholed This doesnt even begin to address the stone dust, rock chips etc. (especially during the dry season (which is when we live here) The only Porsche I would bring here is a Cayenne or Macan - I suppose a rally 911 would be cool
The search is on for 17s. More than likely will not get any from the local Porsche dealership. I went there to get a headlight switch and I was quoted $800.00 and 60 days to get it - super ouch.
Any idea what size tires should put on it? I'll try and find the tire calculator I've seen on the site.
What brand tires? They are not all created equal and will provide a different ride quality / characteristics. When I went from my General GMax RS tires, which were great btw, to Michelin PS4S I noticed an immediate improvement in ride quality, especially over the quick sharp bumps. I'm on Ohlins and made no other changes other than the tires.
We are in Guatemala. My wife drives a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and that is our primary mode of transportation. Whenever we're out in the SRT, I'm always mentally surveying which roads/areas/locations I can drive the Porsche to. It's an SUV World here.
My first course of action is finding 17s and tires with a higher side wall.
Yup, we got a Rav 4 and a CF Moto ZF1000 with our house. My partner drives the Z force because the Rav is a manual trans and shes not comfortable driving it. Well probably wind up getting another small SUV with an auto transmission for her Good luck on the tire hunt - let us know how it goes (I imagine the wheels
are going to be more difficult to find than tires).
