This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

10 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi I have the standard issue with my rear lights and wondered if anyone has a copy of the 3D Printer STL file so I can print a pair for my car? Or can source a link or any place to get the STL file from? Many Thanks 2002 911 996 C4S Basalt Black 120k miles

No I’m looking to 3D the light saver bars see link / pic

POST 4Original post

Do we even need these in the UK? I've never read about anyone having any problems with their rear light fixings?

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Checkout the Light Saver prices so it is defo a problem globally tbh

What does a price tell you about how common a problem is???

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I just want to know if anyone has an STL file what’s the issue? They help if you have the problem not a debate just a question do you have the STL file?

POST 8Original post

Quotes source post: 2700338

Absolutely we do. I changed the bulbs in mine and the mountings were shot. I was lucky I’d not had an issue. Note this only affects the C4S and turbo as they have different lights to the narrow body cars.

Correct. I bought some light savers a year or so ago IIRC on Ebay from US. The light fixings break and the rear lights come adrift, can get mighty expensive.

POST 10Original post
