Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

Hey guys, gals-- This is basically a nonsensical post about revenge...or err, vindication. In 2003 I test drove a 99 Boxster and fell in love. I was you young and dumb and applied for financing. I was flat out denied--in fact the sales person chuckled at me. No credit meant bad credit. I can see that now, but man,I really wanted that car! I settled for a 93 Lexus instead but vowed I would own a Porsche one day. I recall being sad I couldn't meaningfully post on Pete's Boxster Board anymore (not true, I know). So 6 months ago, the wife and I are out shopping for a new car and we stop by the Porsche dealership. BAM, we scored a 08 Cayman. 9 years of waiting but I never forgot how great that first Boxster felt. Patience truly is a virtue.

POST 2Original post

Nice nice. 9 years is a long time to wait but hey, a lifelong dream fulfilled and that's all that matters. I probably couldn't wait that long But then again I'm so impatient that I played on my cellphone while waiting in line for a coffee

POST 3Original post

The wait wasn't all that painful as I owned a S2000 to get me by. I never stopped staring at Boxsters as they drove by.
