Has this happened to anyone else? The Porsche logo part delaminated from the gold backing plate. Replacement already on order but already feels naked.

Did you replace with the same Hood Crest or go with a different one? Also, worth buying a new creast gasket and the speed nuts. I went with the Turbonite crest and get compliments all the time with it. People love the subtleness of it vs the standard look at it. Had to replace mine as it looks like mine started peeling and some sprayed clear coat over it and hit the paint. Had to clean up the hood because this as well.

@hopkinsd21 I went with the standard one for now. I thought about the Turbonite but I have the colored crests on the wheels so I thought I would keep it consistent.

Same Delamination happened to my 2010. Can you tell me where you found reasonably priced proper one with mounting studs, as all I have seen are missing the studs. And yes to the seal behind it as previously had this issue on another car and it's amazing how much they shrink, making reassembly a pain..
