When we purchased the Swiss Screw machine we didn't even consider making lugs but it has really turned out to be a good way to help keep the machine going in downtime.

Not at this time, I have a lot of orders to fill of the standard length bolts first before I move onto extended length bolts.

Any chance of making extended bolts for those running 7mm or 15mm spacers?

I made a lot of lug bolts over the weekend, this is the third run of lug bolts that I have done since starting to sell them.

We bought a brand new CNC Swiss Screw Machine this year and we are doing a large machining run of titanium for a customer. I decided to use this opportunity to make some lug bolts for the Porsche and will be running them this weekend. We will use the factory style lug bolt with the floating ball seat just like Porsche uses but we can now offer these at a really significant savings.
I am trying to gauge how many sets I should make.
I will sell them for $250.00 for a set of 20.

Yes, it comes out to $166.00 a pound and that offers pretty good value in the weight savings department. On top of the weight saving you get a great looking set of lug bolts which will improve the appearance significantly.

Packaging has forced a slight price increase and longe bolts are a little more expensive for spacer options.
Received the lug bolts and the weight savings and quality are impressive. I'm a medical device guy and I have visited numerous Swiss operations for the manufacturer of implantable Ti and these are high quality pieces.
