Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Parked my 996 to find coolant leaking out the back of the car. On further inspection it seems that i have coolant leaking out of the bottom of the tank. Very annoying as the AA couldnt fix it and the car had to be towed away. Was wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

POST 2 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

POST 3Original post

I opened my garage to find two puddles about 50mm Sq x3mm deep. Not much Could see it'd run off the exhausts. I took it too the OPC who checked it -all OK. Realised I'd had left the car facing uphill canted to right after a long run. Then given it a wash. I reckon it just pushed a bit out under pressure. It been Ok since. Note its easy to cross thread the cap if you remove it when cold
