Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I used these "Mat-Loc" clips which work pretty well.
Leading evidence: 'Use these "mat-loc" clips' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Use 5 minute epoxy' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

I used trim screws and washers to hold the velcro in place for the mats and have had no other problems.

I used two pieces of the Velcro on each mat, positioned in about the same places that the factory uses with the original mats.

I glued the velcro to the Lloyd mat using 5 minute epoxy.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I am new here to posting here, but have been lurking for some time.
I bought a set of Lloyd mats for my car, but find that they do not stay attached to the clips supplied by Lloyd. Has anyone experienced this problem and have a solution.
I might glue Velcro onto the back of the Lloyd mats, so they attach like the Porsche factory mats. Has anyone tried this?

Good question on how to get the Velcro to stick.
I did not use any kind of glue. I used Velcro brand Industrial Strength tape. I think I got it at Home Depot. It comes as a 4 foot roll of two halves of Velcro tape stuck together with the outside parts covered with super sticky adhesive covered with a film that you can remove. You just cut the tape to the desired size, peel off the backing film on one side and stick it onto the back of the Lloyd mat, then peel off the film on the remaining side, carefully position the floor mat with the Velcro halves already affixed over the floor carpeting, and carefully push the mat into place. Viola! The mat sticks to the floor. If you ever want to remove it, you just pull up (carefully, it takes a lot of force) on the mat and one half of the Velcro stays on the mat and the other half on the carpeting. Works just like the factory setup. I used two pieces of the Velcro on each mat, positioned in about the same places that the factory uses with the original mats.
Good luck!
I put the velcro in place a few days ago. I bought sew-on velcro that is 1 1/2" wide and cut a strip 3" long. I marked the location of the factory floor mounted velcro, on the back of the mat with a sharpie. I glued the velcro to the Lloyd mat using 5 minute epoxy. It is so much better than the junk clips supplied by Lloyd, the floor mat has not moved.
