I had a talk with a company that makes electronics for Porsches and they showed 'some' interest in developing a tap into the MOST fiber optic system, but so far I haven't seen them announce anything is in the works. I will circle back with them.

Nope, that is the older CDR-220 radio on the older Boxsters that does not use the MOST system, that would not work with the new MOST fiber optic systems in the Porsches including the Cayman. Nice find, but not applicable.

If you are referring to Dennison their web site talks about a 'future item' at a whopping $400. A bit much I think.

No not a priority but then most are being ordered with the high end Bose system. Seems a shame not to take full advantage of it every now and then like for instance my boring hour drive on the freeway just to get to my dealer.
