Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

Hi all. Looking for a solution for front license plate, and I like the look of the Carbonio unit. I am not too concerned about the adhesive, and no, not willing to run the risk of not having a front plate mounted. Where I could use some help is that the Carbonio website only calls out fitment for Caymans 2009 and on. Has anyone used this mount on 987.1 ? Thank you!

POST 2Original post

I don’t need a front plate where I live so no direct experience. However I looked on the site. The unit you are looking at appears to mount into the tow eye hook screw receiver behind the color matched circle cover, which resides within the bumper cover. Therefore, it should work similarly to a 987.1

POST 3Original post

@Boristhespyder , sorry, I should have been more specific. I’m looking at the Carbonio center mount that attached with adhesive.
