Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi I'm pretty new to the forum & I have a question about getting some 2nd hand wheels. I looked into the owner's manual for rim size & some suggestions from multiple forums, but it seems people have varieties of rim size working for them, much more than the manual provided, that got me a little confused. I'm looking into a set of Mille Miglia Cup II wheels, front 7.5 x 17 with tire 225/45ZR17, rear 9 X 17 with tire 255/40ZR17. Will that fit my 996.1 c2 without any adjustment?

POST 2Original post

Factory size is 205/50 and 255/40. Those fronts you have are about 3/4" wider than stock, but it would probably work. Check Tire Rack for fitment specs.
