First of all, sorry for my bad english... I'm from Italy. I have a 997 S cabrio PDK 2008/07. Problem of bluetooth connection with iPhone 4: I search the phone in the phone menu - search new phone... It was appeared my iphone for few seconds... after this, a message appeared: no phone around ! What is the problem ? Thank you for the answers, I hope... Bye bye from Italy, Imperia (near Sanremo and Montecarlo).

Yes, of course. But, I tried to start from the phone and search the Pcm: nothing too.. It could be the iphone software(4.0.1 instead of 4.1)?

I dont think its the firmware. May you plz tell me the procedures u followed?! I dun have PCM 3 so I dunno them. My guess, you need to prepare PCM to be found, and then search for the PCM!

Well. In the pcm menu, Bluetooth on. In the iPhone menu, I search for devices: nothing to find. Thanks a lot.

I have similar problem. I have a Cayenne with PCM 3. When Bluetooth in both Iphone and PCM are turn on, Iphone 4 found pcm, tapping on it causes it to request connection to PCM, PCM response with Accept or Reject and I select Accept. PCM asked for passkey which I enter 1234 and then Iphone ask for the same which I enter 1234. PCM response with registration successful but Iphone response with "connection unsuccessful" What can be wrong, appreciate assistance.

That's right! Do you have 4.0.1 or 4.0.2 firmware? My problem is the same. I'll upgrade the iPhone to' Os 4.1. In os 4.1 many problems, such as Bluetooth, it seems have been...pull away ( I'm not sure this is perfect english!) See you later....
