I know there are a lot of posting in regards with this problem.Fuel cap been replaced still check engine light came on after few miles after the CEL erased.

Hello, need help regarding this P0455 evap large leak. I know there are a lot of posting in regards with this problem.Fuel cap been replaced still check engine light came on after few miles after the CEL erased. I already checked all the connections by the canister and everything are fine, no sign of cracks, loose connectors and broken hoses. I�m in the process checking the one underneath the battery and looks okay too but the only thing I�m not sure is if there�s hose should be connected in the picture with circle. Still needs to check the one by the engine side.Any input much greatly appreciated!🙏🙏🙏

No hose goes there, it is an "atmospheric vent".. Check the "purge valve" near the throttle body as a source for the fault code/leak..

Just finished checking the purge valve looks okay too, hoses and connectors. I notice too that after I erase the CEL and car seating on idle for a quite a bit then launching the car that�s the time the CEL comes on. Car runs great, no misfire, no problem starting too

Pull it off and pressure test it...make sure it doesn't leak..no way you tested it that quick..
