Built by Gemballa at the peak of early 2000s German tuning culture, the 2001 Porsche 911 GT2 (996) Clubsport in “GTR EVO Biturbo” spec is not subtle and it is not trying to be. It is the kind of build that exists to make a point, based on a GT2 Clubsport donor that is scarce before you even get into the conversion. At its core is the 3.6 Mezger twin turbo flat six driving the rear wheels through a 6 speed manual, with zero effort wasted on comfort. The figures most consistently quoted for this package are 555PS / 545HP and 770 Nm, which is already well beyond fast and firmly into serious territory. #GemballaGTR550 The supercar is featured in LARUSMIANI’s The Automotive Gallery in Milan, a curated space where rare cars sit alongside the brand’s design and craftsmanship culture.
