06 987 boxster I had a problem with convertible top installed new transmission with micro switches. Don’t know if that’s happening now. Lost auto up & window drop. Passenger side. I replaced new actuator now this Tried holding switch then down. And up. Battery disconnect. All of it Any help.

Thanx for answering. Originally for passenger door I would have to do the hold switch up and down. Fixed the problem then come back. Icarsoft scanner fault code 8026. So bought another actuator same thing. I’m thinking it might be window motor with module attached. any help. I ordered a window motor assembly

Try taking the window to the limit of it's travel, and continue holding the switch in that position for the count of 10. Release and IMMEDIATELY press the switch again. Hold for 5. See if that fixes it.
