There’s only one place I can find who provide a fully worked, rebuilt and pressure tested valve body which comes plug and play with all the solenoids, conductor plate and valves, but they only supply a 200% unit.

200% is race use so super fast but also super hard shifts and the Mercedes lot say it’s very harsh for street use.

2002 Turbo Anyone have experience with replacing their valve body with an updated one on their Tiptronic Gearbox? I’ve seen 150% or 200% Valve Bodies available (all in the US). I know these boxes are Mercedes 722.6 boxes, from what I can tell the recommendation is 150% with Blue Top (AMG) Solenoids - but I’m looking for real world Porsche reviews which seem far and few between. I don’t plan on tracking or taking the car to a drag strip, so comfort is a factor.

Negligible. About £150. There’s only one place I can find who provide a fully worked, rebuilt and pressure tested valve body which comes plug and play with all the solenoids, conductor plate and valves, but they only supply a 200% unit. This is coming in about £1100 The 150% valve bodies are bare units so I’d have to buy the conductor plate, valves, solenoids etc separately and put it together myself. This is coming in about £1250. 150% is for street use and appears the way to go 200% is race use so super fast but also super hard shifts and the Mercedes lot say it’s very harsh for street use.
