Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion
what would you recommend for a good trim ring adhesive?
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

But at least he'll go in style
Put those rings on myself recently, totally agree makes a huge difference!
I like the way that crest looks, where did you get it?
Cheers,
Sid.
The super glue they give you with the rings is not worth a crap. After going thru a couple diff adhesives, what works best is a 2 part expoy...you need something thick enough to stay in place on the inner surface of the ring while you place it.
On the badge, I used contact cement.
On the wheel- I am going to dye the rim black...light colored rims just dont hold up well.
I was wondering about the steering wheel crest. The horse is missing from mine. I was guessing the former owner had a nervous habit and rubbed it off. It's just a gold shield with no horse. It can be replaced?
[QUOTE=CrossT;7723139]Are those rings available in black ? Or close to black ?
they are just painted silver, I would think you could paint them any color you wanted to. got both on Ebay.
Epoxy is awfully permanent. I used just a bit of clear silicone caulk at 2-3 spots. Holds great but can also be removed. And if any had oozed it would have been easy to clean up, not so with epoxy.
