Hi all, my annoying suspension sound is still about, despite trying my best to actually break it so we can find it! Any opinions on the best indie specialist near Leicester/Nottingham that charges a sensible hourly rate so we can take apart the suspension and have a proper look? Thanks

I'm miles away in Evesham, but I can provide advice at a distance. Our favourite test is to wander over cats eyes at 20mph - does this produce the noise? (testing the OS is easy, but testing the NS requires a straight road)

I would definitely recommend GCR Central, Porsche specialist at Wigston Leicester. They are Porsche enthusiast and are extremly knowledgeable. I have had work done by them, all at reasonable prices. I personally wouldn't use anyone else. Kind regards Andy

Chris Franklin replaced the suspension on my 964 together with the front arm bushes. He his a top bloke, honest and reliable and what he doesn't know about suspension replacement/setup is not worth knowing. He is one of the few people I would entrust to work on my car. If your car has a suspension issue Chris and his son-in-law will sort it, no problem.
