Probably from our site sponsor Bumper Plugs, at least that is where I got mine from and there is an article in the Articles section showing how to remove / install the console. I did not have the Bose sub woofer so the article doesn't show that portion of the process.

Did you figure this out? I need to remove mine to work on making some cuts in the metal track mat for the passenger side. Before I yank and crank....................any advice cheerfully accepted. -J
